Minimizing Costs

If you want to minimize the overall cost of your web site design, we recommend that you consider a number of design criteria before you contact us. These criteria are listed below:
 

	Overall Site Design
	If you have a general idea of the required 'look' of your site, this can save a considerable amount of discussion and development time (and hence cost). For example, you may have seen an existing web site which you find attractive; such a site could (within the constraints of copyright restrictions) be used as a basic 'template' for your own web site.
	Use of Existing Text
	While Ipsitech does provide full documentation and authoring services (click on the button at the top of this page for more information), writing new text can be time consuming, and so will increase your costs. However, you very likely have existing promotional or other documents which include text which can be used (with little or no change) on your web site. Such documents can be supplied to us (electronically or as printed matter), and this will ensure that the costs of writing new text are minimized.
