	Using Existing Documents
	You may have documents which you want to make available on your web site. If these documents are only in hard copy format, it will take time to convert these into 'web ready' format. To minimize your costs, you can provide us with these documents electronically (in Acrobat pdf or Microsoft Word formats).
	Using Existing Graphics/Illustrations
	While Ipsitech can design and produce graphics or illustrations to your specification, this takes time and money. Again, it is highly likely that you have graphics and illustrations suitable for your web site already in existence, and which can be made 'web ready' with little effort. To minimize your costs, we can scan existing graphics or illustrations, or you can supply these electronically in their original graphics formats.
