How We Work

Ipsitech will work closely with you, in order to ensure that the web site design we produce fully meets your needs.

Requirements
	In most cases, you can provide the information needed to specify your web site either by post or by email . (We will ask and reply to specific queries by telephone or email).
	We can arrange discussion meetings, at times and venues convenient to you.
	Once we have reviewed the information you have sent, we will provide you with a budgetary quotation and a proposed delivery date, for your approval.
Development & Approval
During development, and before issuing you with the 'master' files for your web site:
	We will create 'approval' versions of your site, for your viewing and approval.
	The Ipsitech site will be used to temporarily host the approval versions of your site. (This ensures that the approval versions you see will reflect exactly what a future browser of your site would see.)
Deliverables
Once your site has been approved:
	The master HTML files for your web site will be delivered to you either by email, on diskette or on CD-R.
	If required and previously agreed with you, we will upload your site to your host.
	If required and previously agreed with you, we will submit your site to the various internet search tools.
Copyright/Ownership
	Once we have delivered the masters of your site to you, the site becomes your property, and you will hold the copyright for the site.  (A statement to this effect will be included in the site.)
