Ipsitech can import text in any of the standard formats listed below, or as produced by a wide range of word processing/DTP applications (for example: Ami Professional, FrameMaker, Legacy, Microsoft Word, PageMaker, WordPerfect, WordStar, Xywrite), or in spreadsheet applications (such as Excel, Lotus 123, Quattro Pro).

Alternatively, we can type in text from hard copy (printed or hand-written) you supply, or we can import hard copy text by scanning and using OCR (Optical Character Recognition) tools.

Final text can be returned to you in any of our document tools' native formats (see Documentation Tools), or in the following standard text formats:

	ANSI text
	ASCII text
	ASCII (8-bit) text
	RTF (Rich Text Format)
